Fara

I am a girl even though my hair is short now. I am 3 years old that means I am a big girl not a baby. I don’t like being called baby and it makes me sad. I live with Mummy and Daddy, I have lots of brothers and sisters and a cat called cat. I don’t like nursery, I want to be home with Cat and watch television like mummy. Ivan is my friend, he says I smell. At nursery I like to draw pictures of princesses and fairies, when it was Diwali I painted a pink and blue lantern. I make pictures for Mummy. Sometimes she puts them in the bin. I cry a lot and scream, mummy says she doesn’t want my pictures and she doesn’t want me.

I play in the bedroom with my dolly and my bear.  My brother Emran does not like me, he said I am noisy and pulls scary faces at me. He takes my doll and throws her at the wall, but that’s alright Daddy always mends her.  I love Daddy he tickles me to make me laugh.

I like chocolate spread and coca-coca. I don’t like bananas and I don’t like being in my pushchair, mummy says it keeps me out of her way.

I do singing. I do jumping and making people laugh by doing clever falling over. If they don’t laugh I shout and scream, I can make lots and lots of noise. Mummy says I am showing off and makes me sit and be quiet until one of the girls get home; I can sit like a statue. Bashir strokes my hair when I go to bed and she plays mermaids with me.

Soon I will get bigger and mummy will like me and not shout at me.

Soon I will be four and go to school to learn to count and dance.

Soon Mummy will play with me.

I like my Daddy.

I help and put the spoons out, I say mummy I love you.
